Perfect Chemistry: By simone Elkeless

My Rating: 5/5 * Loved this one*

Summary: amazon

When Brittany Ellis walks into chemistry class on the first day of senior year, she has no clue that her carefully created “perfect” life is about to unravel before her eyes. She’s forced to be lab partners with Alex Fuentes, a gang member from the other side of town, and he is about to threaten everything she's worked so hard for—her flawless reputation, her relationship with her boyfriend, and the secret that her home life is anything but perfect. Alex is a bad boy and he knows it. So when he makes a bet with his friends to lure Brittany into his life, he thinks nothing of it. But soon Alex realizes Brittany is a real person with real problems, and suddenly the bet he made in arrogance turns into something much more. In a passionate story about looking beneath the surface, Simone Elkeles breaks through the stereotypes and barriers that threaten to keep Brittany and Alex apart.

Review:

First, I totally fell in love with Alex Fuentes! And I know this is dorky but My friends and I call dibs on fictional characters like: Edward: Twilight, Ben: Deadly Little secret, Jace: City of Bones, and Cable: Wake. I could go on, but I am rambling already. Anyway I had to give up some good characters to get Alex and I do not regret it one bit! (well....mostly.)

What I'm trying to say is that the characters in this book were amazing and the storyline could not have been better! I loved Alex the bad boy, and Brittany the popular white girl. It could not have been a more perfect Romeo and Juliet story, except Alex is in a gang and Brittany is a popular girl in High school.

I was completely zoned into this story till the very end! It is a great story that is now one of my favorite books. Unfortunately, I borrowed this one and was forced to give it back, against my wishes. I highly Recommend this book for those who love the whole modern forbidden love, and the amazing bad boy Alex that will have you swept off your feet by the end of the book, if not sooner.

I've flipped through my copy quite a bit (reading ahead, bad me) and it's absolutely intoxicating, huh? And Alex is awesome....guess we'll have to fight over him, LOL! (: Nice review, I'm looking forward to beginning!

Glad to see I'm not the only one to call dibs! It's so fun. I like picking lesser known male characters. I hate having to share ;D

I read this book last week and loved it. Fabulous review!
